There are five stages to being issued a ScionSSL Digital Certificate.
Please select the area in which you require support:

    1. Creating your CSR (Certificate Signing Request)
    2. Buying your Certificate - buy now!
    3. Being validated for your Certificate Application - what happens and what you may need to do once you have purchased your certificate
    4. Installing your Certificate
    5. Displaying your Secure Site Seal - Make sure your customers know you are SSL secure

Replacement Policy:
Should you make a mistake in your CSR please contact support@scionssl.com immediately and we will replace your Certificate or amend your current request. Please note that we will replace or refund a Certificate within 30 days from the issuance date.
